The fluxer DNA—rooted in authenticity, inclusion, and well-being—has earned us the #2 spot among the Best Workplaces in Technology in Argentina, according to Great Place to Work’s (GPTW) ranking.
Blending our technical expertise with values such as teamwork, flexibility, and work-life balance helps us shape a unique environment that creates a large-scale positive impact. Because working in technology is not only about driving innovation in the industry, but also about reshaping our everyday work experience.
To create this list, more than 12,000 employees from 100 companies were surveyed, but only 40 made it into the technology ranking. As for our community, professional growth opportunities and well-being policies were among the most highlighted aspects by fluxers, and they played a key role in securing our spot on the podium. This year, we have also ranked #13 in GPTW’s national ranking, which includes 75 companies from various industries in Argentina.
Livin’ the Fluxer Life
What truly influences both the employee experience and the quality of our work is not just our technical expertise and commitment to projects, but the human element behind it all. That is why, at Flux IT, we are focused on fostering a culture that transcends organizational limits.
“This placement is a recognition of the role that culture plays in Flux IT’s business strategy, which is not only embraced by fluxers, but also one of the most appreciated aspects by our clients, who highlight our commitment to talent development and our genuine care for people.” – Santiago Urrizola, CEO at Flux IT.

In a context where attracting and retaining IT talent is increasingly challenging, how we support each individual is key to creating an environment that encourages personal growth, business development, and the advancement of the sector as a whole. That is why close relationships, trust-based bonds, and a strong focus on training and development are central to our culture—as are the benefits and policies designed to improve the experience of fluxers, their families, and pets, both inside and outside the company.
Technical expertise and interpersonal skills are also key pillars that we actively promote to foster an agile and innovative environment. Programs like First Job—our entry-level initiative—offer junior profiles the opportunity to join real, active squads, while working alongside and being mentored by fellow fluxers, to explore the IT world first-hand.
“Our commitment to talent development at Flux IT is a strategic decision that supports both our internal growth and the broader advancement of the tech industry.” – Santiago Urrizola, CEO at Flux IT.
These recognitions are not just milestones to celebrate; they are signs that the culture we are building together is on the right path. There is still much ground to cover and new ways to innovate in the future, but they motivate us to keep shaping a fluxer experience that is increasingly aligned with the expectations and needs of our community.
