We started working on a new Contact Platform version for Federación Patronal

In January we embarked on a new challenge with Federación Patronal, a client whose digital transformation process we joined 3 years ago. This time, we’ll be working under the scope of the company’s Innovation area on a project focused on insurance agents, which are key business stakeholders.

The new Contact Platform will focus on improving communication dynamics with insurance agents, giving them more autonomy, flexibility, and a user-friendly experience. Over the next few months, our team will be in charge of developing the solution from scratch, including backend, frontend, UX Design, and Quality Analysis.

Through this challenge, we keep strengthening our relationship with Federación Patronal, developing more strategic bonds towards the consolidation of its digital strategy.
