Along with Wenance (the Argentinian Fintech leader focused on consumer lending), we’ve redesigned the digital onboarding experience of Mango, its online lending platform, taking into account the specific needs of its audience and upholding the company’s value premises as regards agility and immediacy.


Besides improving usability and creating a simpler and more intuitive experience, we got the opportunity to add value by creating Manguito who provides friendliness and emotionality to accompany users during a process which usually gives rise to feelings of uncertainty and anxiety.
