Conversational AI to Boost Phone Sales


We designed and implemented an AI-powered voicebot to broaden the commercial reach of insurance companies, by automating the first touchpoint with potential clients and turning an underused database into scalable and measurable lead generation opportunities.

The Challenge
Phone sales have structural limitations, such as process measurement, scaling difficulties, high costs, long training processes and limited ability to leverage data, aside from the human factor, that can create inconsistencies in the sales pitch.
The Solution
We developed an AI-powered voicebot for first phone contact that offers products in an empathetic and context-aware way. We also designed a conversational experience that is automated, yet close and credible, with its own tone, criteria, and personality— aside from other abilities such as speech recognition, synthesis and LLM-based models to ensure low latency and more natural conversations.
The Outcome
The sales team can focus on more valuable interactions while the AI takes charge of phone calls through a scalable, measureable and continuously optimizable process. This has enabled a higher number of contacts in less time, with automated logging for each conversation and its performance metrics ensuring an overall consistent sales pitch.
