Puerto de Paracas
Digital Onboarding for Transport Companies and Fleets

We implemented C.Hub’s document management and onboarding module, integrated with Navis N4, to digitize the onboarding of transport companies and their fleets, thus replacing a manual process with a single digital workflow.
Highlights
The Challenge
Puerto de Paracas managed the registration and onboarding of resources manually via e-mail, resulting in a slow and fragmented process. Document review and approval relied entirely on internal staff and, once approved, a second e-mail workflow had to be initiated to register the resources in Navis N4.
The Solution
We implemented C.Hub with its document management and onboarding module, integrated with the terminal’s Navis N4 TOS. This solution digitizes and automates the documentation, auditing, and validation of transport companies and their fleets, replacing the manual process with a single, traceable workflow directly connected to terminal operations.
The Outcome
The implementation centralized information and digitized self-service and onboarding processes, reducing friction for drivers and minimizing errors caused by missing documentation. Today, the platform manages 561 transport companies, 2,715 trucks, 2,879 trailers, 2,892 drivers, and more than 50,000 associated documents.
