B2B Integration to Scale Insurance Distribution
We teamed up with Relocation Insurance Group (RIG) on their digital transformation journey, by developing an API to integrate their offering with over 4,000 partners, and by migrating their CRM to Salesforce for a more automated, scalable and ready-to-grow sales model.

The Challenge
Our client needed to integrate their insurance offering into its partners’ logistics systems, to enable seamless policy issuance, quoting and lead management. This integration aimed to modernize their commercial system to boost business growth and complexity.
The Solution
We designed and developed an API that automates communication across the partner network, enabling quoting, coverage requests, and policy issuance directly within third-party systems, embedding insurance seamlessly into the relocation booking flow. We also migrated their CRM to Salesforce, gathering client, policy and operations management, all in one place.
The Outcome
We built an infrastructure that powered their B2B network, while the new architecture also scaled partner-driven distribution, optimized commercial management and laid the foundation for a digital model ready to scale in volume and complexity.
